Megan periodically offers nutrition education classes and workshops on topics including stress physiology, gut health, autoimmune conditions, herbal medicine, and foundational nutrition science.
Classes are open to the public and provide an opportunity to learn evidence-based nutrition strategies in an engaging, interactive format.
