About Megan

Megan Grover is a nutrition scientist and educator specializing in evidence-based wellness programming that drives measurable longevity and performance outcomes. Her career began after dealing with her own health issues and complex relationship with food whilst being a competitive long-distance runner. She learned that a well-nourished body will always outperform and outlast a depleted one.

With a Master of Medical Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Sheffield and over a decade of experience bridging science, education, and public health, Megan has built her career on translating complex nutritional science into actionable strategies that improve human performance. She is passionate about ensuring information is adequately relayed to the end user and empowering individuals to take ownership of their own health.

As the former Director of Education and Research at a growing wellness company, Megan led clinical research initiatives, served as the Principal Investigator on IRB-approved studies, and supported product development to enforce FDA compliance standards. She also created and oversaw the nutrition continuing education department for integrative nutrition coaches and dietitians, and managed all science-facing content across the organization.

Megan continues to serve as an online lecturer at The Nutrition Therapy Institute, where she teaches multiple nutrition science classes and prepares future nutrition professionals for licensure. She previously served as a full-time professor of human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition at the university level, developing comprehensive curricula that improved student outcomes and professional preparation.

She founded MBG Wellness to address a critical gap she observed throughout her career: talented individuals in high-pressure environments were experiencing burnout and health deterioration due to inadequate nutrition support and misinformation. Through nutrition education and strategic support, Megan delivers science-backed interventions that sustain both performance and wellbeing.

Megan specializes in stress physiology, body image resilience, autoimmune conditions, women’s health, and metabolism, areas where high performers face the greatest challenges. Her approach combines rigorous scientific training with practical implementation, ensuring that wellness programs deliver tangible results for both high-performers and organizations.

Based in New York City, Megan works with modeling agencies, athletes, finance firms, venture capital companies, and high-performance organizations that recognize health as a strategic business priority.
